Deanna Smarra

Deanna Smarra ( A.K.A. Smarragirl ) first contacted  Headlight in late 2009 with a desire to be a tattoo artist.  Being as she was still in High School, it took Headlight a little while to take her seriously, but started her out in 2010 with a part time shop-girl job.  This part timer became a Body Piercing Apprentice, and after fulfilling the State requirements of NJAC 8:27-6.1 (New Jersey's Body Art Law) became an "Approved  Body Piercing Practitioner"in March  2011.  

She apprenticed under Chris James for 2000 Hours and then worked at shop #2 for another year.  She now works mainly in the Woodstown shop and has  developed a unique style all her own.   

Smarragirl never runs out of energy, is kind and careful, and has done well with everyone who has been under her care.  Each day, as  she progresses, it becomes more obvious that she is a serious person and is becoming what she wanted to be.
