Holly has been a member of the Headlight Tattoo Family Circus and Tattoo Troop since March of 2007. She is a licensed Body Piercing Practitioner and an avid Tattoo Artist. Holly is scheduled for licensure as a Practitioner of Tattoo in Gloucester County in the Winter of 2009/2010.
An all-around good soul, Holly is energetic and crazy enthusiastic about tattooing her peoples. She is kind and has good manners and is clean and nice.
